- 1 cup Apple Cinnamon Bumble Brew
- 1 Handful Greens (Spinach/Kangkong/Kamote Tops/Bok Choy)
- 1-2 Medium Sized Frozen Bananas
- 1 Small Apple
- 1/2 inch Fresh Ginger
- 2 pcs Ice Cubes
- Chia Seeds (Optional)
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend. Sprinkle with chia seeds and enjoy!
*Note: If you don't have a high speed blender, you might want to peel your apple for a smoother consistency
